Petcareshop.com.au offers a 21 day money-back guarantee (less shipping costs) from the date of delivery provided the goods have not been opened or damaged and are in their original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of $10 or 15% of the value of returned goods (whichever is the greater).
